Our company is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with Clients – Communicating with clients and representing the company in a professional and diligent manner;
  • A typical day will usually involve one or more visits outside of the office so you will need to be prepared to travel;
  • Building Design / CAD;
  • Assisting on a range of surveys on Commercial and / or Residential Property;
  • Tendering;
  • Assisting in Contract Administration.

Requirements:

  • Commercially driven and ambitious to achieve;
  • Must be a good team player but able to work independently;
  • Confident, client facing communicator both verbally and in writing;
  • Thorough understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations;
  • Have a RICS accredited undergraduate degree or a RICS accredited Post-Graduate Diploma or Masters;
  • Be extremely organised and display excellent attention to detail;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Diplomatic;
  • Accurate;
  • Be an excellent communicator and be able to work well in a team environment;
  • Be able to learn quickly and have an excellent work ethic to ensure objectives are met;
  • Reliable;
  • Have basic CAD skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages;
  • Have a passion for Buildings and be keen to develop a career in Building Surveying.
