Infrastructure Engineer – Project Delivery Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Infrastructure Engineer – Project Delivery to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support/maintenance to Networks & Firewalls;
- Regularly communicate with vendors/hosting companies/third party suppliers;
- To review and monitor the stability of our services and ensure availability and performance is maximised, and within vendors recommended guidelines;
- Provide level 3 technical support (as a point of escalation) for hardware and software to the IT Services department;
- Be involved with a range short and long term projects.
Requirements:
- Cisco Networking;
- Windows Server 2008/2012;
- Lan/Wan/Vlan;
- Office 365;
- Hypervisor services such as Hyper V or VM Ware.
