Maintenance Surveyor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising between client’s customers and contractors;
- Responding to reactive maintenance issues in a timely manner;
- Chairing and arranging meetings and taking minutes. Knowledge of CAFM systems;
- Obtaining specialist information and reports;
- Managing budgets and ensuring value for money;
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation;
- Maintaining statistical and financial records;
- Planning, organising, overseeing and managing, scheduled maintenance contracts and projects;
- Creating maintenance procedures;
- Supervising contractors and assessing their performance;
- Post inspecting completed works to ensure they are to the correct standard and compliance;
- Providing budget costs and estimates for the replacement of mechanical plant and equipment;
- Carry out site visits and surveys;
- Analysing work sheets and reports and assessing their validity.
