Our company is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising between client’s customers and contractors;
  • Responding to reactive maintenance issues in a timely manner;
  • Chairing and arranging meetings and taking minutes. Knowledge of CAFM systems;
  • Obtaining specialist information and reports;
  • Managing budgets and ensuring value for money;
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation;
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records;
  • Planning, organising, overseeing and managing, scheduled maintenance contracts and projects;
  • Creating maintenance procedures;
  • Supervising contractors and assessing their performance;
  • Post inspecting completed works to ensure they are to the correct standard and compliance;
  • Providing budget costs and estimates for the replacement of mechanical plant and equipment;
  • Carry out site visits and surveys;
  • Analysing work sheets and reports and assessing their validity.
