Project Surveyor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Project Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all staff members reporting to you have current and relevant training;
- Delivery of cost management outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards;
- Provide a full suite of Cost Management duties to AECOM clients;
- Develops strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team;
- Lead Cost Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery;
- Be the primary interface with AECOM clients (new and existing);
- Provide effective support and mentoring to Graduates and Apprentices;
- Effectively liaise with external contractors and staff to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget;
- Agree schedule of works for tender;
- Undertake property surveys;
- Provide support to contractor where further instruction required;
- Drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process;
- Manage projects effectively using appropriate management systems/protocols;
- Assist with the production of works specifications;
- To continuously identify ways of delivering the service in a more efficient and effective way.
