Our company is looking for a Project Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all staff members reporting to you have current and relevant training;
  • Delivery of cost management outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards;
  • Provide a full suite of Cost Management duties to AECOM clients;
  • Develops strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team;
  • Lead Cost Management commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery;
  • Be the primary interface with AECOM clients (new and existing);
  • Provide effective support and mentoring to Graduates and Apprentices;
  • Effectively liaise with external contractors and staff to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Agree schedule of works for tender;
  • Undertake property surveys;
  • Provide support to contractor where further instruction required;
  • Drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process;
  • Manage projects effectively using appropriate management systems/protocols;
  • Assist with the production of works specifications;
  • To continuously identify ways of delivering the service in a more efficient and effective way.
