Our company is looking for a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

The management of technical risks and opportunities for a defined plant area scope;
Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and to assist, where practicable, in the mentoring and development of staff;
Enabling the relationship with the other stakeholders and suppliers;
Identify opportunities to increase services provided on each project;
Computer literate with knowledge of design and analysis programmes, in particular MicroDrainage and Civils 3D;
Assistance in the overall co-ordination and formalisation of Client’s requests and requirements related to design;
Act as Project Manager on large and medium sized/risk projects and assist with the management of teams for a particular programme of work;
Implement actions within Key Account Plans as required;
Participate in the preparation/presentation of proposals/bids as required including estimating timescales and costs for proposed works;
Understanding of CDM Regulations and designer’s responsibilities;
Ability to work in a team environment and manage small teams;
Attendance at project meetings, contribution to internal management of projects and associated resourcing appropriate to experience and capability.

Chartered Engineer (IStructE or ICE), recently Chartered or near-Chartered;
Computer literate with knowledge of design and analysis programmes, in particular MicroDrainage and Civils 3D;
Experience, competency and flexibility to rise to challenging situations and take on responsibility appropriate to their capability;
Understanding of CDM Regulations and designer’s responsibilities;
Ability to work in a team environment and manage small teams;
Attendance at project meetings, contribution to internal management of projects and associated resourcing appropriate to experience and capability;
5+ years experience in the area of Civil Engineering.
