Senior Property Management Surveyor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Property Management Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice with regards to transactions;
- Ensure adherence to lease terms and compliance with statutory requirements;
- Ensure the cost effective running of these properties;
- Maintain regular reporting and client contact;
- Manage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold properties;
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure that the full suite of services is offered to clients;
- For sublet properties, monitor income collection and ensure regular tenant liaison;
- Identify and deliver cost savings for the clients;
- Assisting with value-add initiatives across the portfolio;
- Client Reporting;
- Supervision of on-site staff;
- Management of mixed commercial portfolio;
- Provide allocated clients with full property and estate management services.
Requirements:
- RICS qualification preferable;
- Proven commercial property management experience;
- Ability to communicate at a high level.
