- 2+ years experience in the Exhibitions industry;
- Schedule design work across the business and manage freelancers;
- Have an awareness of cost and designing to budget;
- Calculate display and material weight;
- Be proactive and show initiative;
- Able to handle constructive feedback and take creative direction;
- A strong portfolio showing creativity and exceptional ideas;
- A qualification in a relevant design discipline;
- Strong work ethic with excellent organisational skills;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a team;
- Proficient in 3D Studio Max & AutoCAD;
- Creative flair and keen interest for Design with an eye for detail.
