Our company is looking for a Brand Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create powerful brand campaigns;
  • Create and maintain asset libraries;
  • Collaborate with product designers to ensure a seamless, unified user experience;
  • Ensure adherence to all design best-practices and fundamentals;
  • Manage and grow a team of designers;
  • Work with their brand marketing team to evolve our visual identity;
  • Develop powerful, effective marketing collateral, ranging from events booths to case studies to research reports;
  • Support the wider brand team on other brand initiatives, from campaigns to content marketing;
  • Work with our brand marketing team to evolve our visual identity;
  • Lead and encourage team members, stakeholders within the organisation and external suppliers;
  • Enable the growth of the Zendesk brand as we scale our offering, markets and teams;
  • Art direct both physical and digital assets for Zendesk events around the world. This includes our annual global user conference;
  • Craft meticulous design solutions across a wide range of projects and brand touchpoints;
  • Develop powerful, effective marketing collateral, ranging from events booths to case studies to in-depth research reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong branding experience;
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript a plus but not required;
  • A good understanding of physical production techniques;
  • Ability to implement ideas across a range of applications;
  • Ideally worked in the tech sector and/or on experiential design projects;
  • 4+ years experience in graphic design across both print and digital;
  • Very strong ideas/concept skills;
  • a sense of humour;
  • A strong sensibility for systems, grids and typography;
  • Up-to-date with current design and technology trends;
  • Love of typography;
  • Experience running own design projects on the side is appreciated and respected.
