Our company is looking for a Interior Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the ALP team deliver proposals and itemised quotations in the timescales required by the customer;
  • Attend site briefings with customers as when and where required in the UK. The role will involve UK wide travel and various overnights stays;
  • To help ensure ALP achieves annual targets set for relevant department and wider business;
  • Ability to carry out company and project presentations to various customers as required;
  • Mentoring and assisting other members of the design team;
  • Assist with FF&E research, sourcing, specification, procurement and supply process;
  • Assistance with LuxDeco Lookbooks & photoshoots where required;
  • Create detailed technical specifications and drawings;
  • Building and growing existing client relationships;
  • Attend site visits as and when required;
  • Prepare high-quality designs including concepts, mood boards, room layouts and material boards;
  • Liaise directly with the client, suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture;
  • Experience working on Commercial Projects is desirable;
  • Outstanding attention to detail;
  • Client facing experience and excellent presentation skills both visual and spoken;
  • Awareness of client budgets and ability to design accordingly;
  • Excellent sourcing skills;
  • Strong AutoCAD skills is essential;
  • SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, EstiMac;
  • Minimum of 4-5 years industry experience;
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work to tight deadlines;
  • Proficient user of Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup;
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience working on high-end residential projects.
