Our company is looking for a Painting and Decorating Tutor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out initial assessments of the learners;
- Deliver training and support to 16-19-year olds on Nacro’s Study Programme (all ability levels from Entry Level to GCSE);
- Create support plans and regularly monitor these;
- Use resources efficiently and effectively, ensuring proper use and security at all times;
- Ensure all relevant young people achieve Functional Skills/GCSE qualifications;
- Develop resources and deliver training programmes to learners.
Requirements:
- Delivering various subjects and teaching vocational skills;
- You must possess excellent classroom management and be able to teach in a challenging environment.
