Our company is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define new and unique experiences that hero and tell the story of our technology, direct propositions and enhancements;
  • Leading projects and cross-functional teams;
  • Designing and facilitating participatory design workshops;
  • Understanding and developing design systems;
  • Continually improve Creative Department methods, problem solving models and best practices;
  • Continually develop technical and interpersonal skills appropriate to the role;
  • Ensure that your work is consistent with the wider digital creative agenda, deadlines are met and that all work is on-brand and on-brief;
  • Communicating creative vision;
  • Deliver final artworks and visual assets respecting deadlines, specifications and business requirements;
  • Support the local and central Marketing services team in the delivery of all assigned client campaigns;
  • Lead the delivery of digital brand projects;
  • Work with the wider digital team to deliver effective creative solutions;
  • Present concepts in a thoughtful and articulate manner, internally and externally;
  • Work with dedicated developers to ensure the execution of final design and interactions are realised to the standard and level set out;
  • Through a ‘test and learn’ approach use data and insight to drive new ideas for optimisation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A proven working knowledge of social content and digital design specifically;
  • A track record of leading and mentoring more junior members of the team;
  • Creating innovative, market-leading content to a high standard with excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong understanding of digital Chinese ecosystems and visual codes;
  • The ability to create high quality moodboards and scamps to help communicate concepts;
  • Desirable: Experience with HTML5 or CSS3;
  • Strong understanding of Western Luxury codes;
  • Chinese native;
  • Proven experience of owning and delivering successful projects from briefing to delivery with minimal input or guidance from the Head of Art;
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe range of products;
  • Showing that you have a passion for the evolution of Luxury and Fashion brands;
  • 4 – 5 years’ + experience within a design position;
  • You are highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator;
  • An in-depth knowledge of digital design, styles and best practise that are channel and brand appropriate.
