Our company is looking for a Senior experience designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and fostering relationships with clients, helping them understand the value of UX, your role, and working with AnalogFolk;
  • Creating detailed wireframes and prototypes to validate solution where appropriate;
  • Helping define the experience design approach and timings projects;
  • Leading client meetings and workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements;
  • Contributing to the creation of design systems and visual languages;
  • Presenting your work to external clients, explaining your design process and rationale;
  • Leading participatory design/user testing sessions;
  • Assisting with ideation and concept creation, ensuring creative ideas are grounded in strategy and technology;
  • Evaluating existing sites in terms of their persuasiveness, emotional design, and usability;
  • Ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met;
  • Identifying opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience;
  • Facilitating interviews and focus groups to determine customer needs;
  • Creating written and visual documentation outlining experience design requirements for client and/or internal teams;
  • Performing competitor research, expert reviews and audits.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in 3D Studio Max or other relevant 3D software for concept development;
  • A creative who has the passion to deliver game changing design;
  • Exceptional client facing skills;
  • strong interpersonal skills – active listening, persuading and empathising with others;
  • Analytical and strategic approach to design;
  • professional and ethical approach to design work, not taking things personally and behaving honestly;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD;
  • Ability to articulate strategic design solutions both internally and externally;
  • Great presentation skills and client facing personality;
  • Ability to lead large scale projects and manage a multi-disciplined creative team;
  • Understanding of AR, VR and emerging technologies;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;
  • Good communication and storytelling skills;
  • Vectorworks knowledge;
  • ability to build trusted relationships with others, give and receive feedback and suggest alternative points of view.
