Our company is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a multi functional team of facilities staff across one or more buildings;
  • Work with the Production team to ensure that the infrastructure is always capable of processing the ongoing volumes;
  • Executes renewal contracts for products and services on existing Cisilion accounts;
  • Ensuring that housekeeping standards are raised to and maintained at world class levels;
  • Development and management of out of hours maintenance cover arrangements;
  • Involvement in bid opportunities to support pricing to maximise margin contributions;
  • Manage the relationships with vendors and particularly Cisco who provide maintenance products and support services;
  • Safe practice, PPM and PAMP;
  • Ensure all employees/ contractors /visitors are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE);
  • Manage planned and reactive maintenance and inspection activities to meet objectives;
  • Ensure TPM audits ar conducted by team members ,manage temporary countermeasures and escalate concerns;
  • Promoting lean thinking and continuous improvement to optimise operational efficiency’s;
  • Review the plant critical spares ensuring appropriate controls in place to manage stocks;
  • Investigate, Review and report all accidents and near misses in accordance with company guidelines and take necessary action to prevent reoccurrences;
  • Assisting with small works projects.

Requirements:

  • Very strong organisational and project management skills;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualified;
  • Proven track record of systems and process implementation;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a highly-organised approach;
  • Ability to challenge methods of work and make swift changes where necessary;
  • Degree qualified or HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
  • PLC Fault-finding;
  • The ability to inspire employees to achieve company objectives and goals for own department;
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field required;
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in maintenance management role;
  • Managing targets and budgets;
  • The ability to communicate and influence effectively, and work collaboratively, at all levels;
  • Project management and delivery;
  • Accountability for your team.
