Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on how best to prevent further infestations;
- Identifying possibilities sales opportunities to pass on to the surveying team;
- Surveying premises for the presence of pests;
- Training and mentoring of junior Technicians in their duties;
- Identification of different pest types and determining best course of removal and control.
Requirements:
- Flexible to commit to overtime;
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- The ability to work alone and use your own initiative;
- Target driven;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience of working outdoors is advantageous;
- Full UK driving licence, for more than two years with no more than 6 points;
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent;
