Our company is looking for a Account/Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and purchase ledger functions;
  • Supporting on-cost and on-time project delivery;
  • Report on projects monthly, quarterly and as required;
  • Preparing monthly management accounts & preparing annual budgets and forecasts;
  • Produce full set Management Accounts;
  • Regular meeting with Head of Departments and project leaders to provide and update financial information;
  • Building relationships with Project/Programme Teams by providing them with “realtime” analysis;
  • WIP and Revenue Recognition;
  • Building relationships with Project/Programme Teams by providing them with “real time” analysis;
  • Understanding of costs and commitments profiles, updating rolling forecasts and tracking financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a high level of scientific/medical literacy;
  • Strong analytical skills, a problem solving mind-set and the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Problem solver;
  • Analytical thinker;
  • Ability to produce full set Management Accounts;
  • An understanding of 2D and 3D is a must;
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and materials would be a huge bonus, as well as knowing how to read technical drawings;
  • Have an eye for detail and be able to multi-task;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Extensive healthcare agency experience in project management, account management, writing or editing;
  • Commercial knowledge;
  • Able to understand, write and review scientific copy;
  • Positive, confident attitude with proactive, hands on experience;
  • Experience in healthcare agencies or in-house roles in project management, account management, writing or editing;
  • Process driven.
