- Administration support, as required to the Project and Production management teams;
- Support operational team members with project set-up administration;
- Data entry and management;
- Support project manager with reporting on operational trends, and areas for improvement;
- General administration duties;
- Support the PMO function.
Requirements:
- Skilled in developing and maintaining strong and sustainable relations with stakeholders;
- Experience supporting a PMO function/team;
- Ability to demonstrate a competent and confident working ethic;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to keep good order and maintain integrity;
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint;
- Logical and organised approach to work under own initiative;
- Ability to manage and prioritise work; balancing doing the right things as well as doing things right;
