Responsibilities:
- Ensuring developments are within delivery frameworks and project management standards;
- Manage the annual development & maintenance budgets;
- Allocation & regular status reviews of workloads for Business Analysts and Developers (via Provider Development lead) to ensure zero spare capacity;
- Ensuring adequate controls & documentation comply with SOX, Audit & PMO reviews;
- Ensuring Change Management tracking application is kept up to date with latest status;
- Ensure that priorities are clearly understood and that target delivery dates are provided and communicated to insurance & business stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities for improvements to the processes & procedures;
- Move delivery towards a SAFe agile methodology and ensuring that the benefits of this approach can be measured and justified to the business.
