Our company is looking for a Application Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to the clients on the software developed;
- Recording support calls on the issue tracking system;
- Testing software before going live;
- Analysing the error logs and interpret them;
- Providing training to the users, as needed;
- Contributing to the configuration of the system;
- Using SQL statements to provide support.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows OS;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- BSc. degree in Computer Science / equivalent;
- Knowledge related to the software development area;
- Previous experience in a similar role / technical support;
- Proactive, focused on finding solutions quickly;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
