Associate Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Associate Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support of customer Platform estate;
- Support projects / project delivery;
- Leveraging data and RDBMS knowledge, database query optimization;
- Running, continuous improvement and upgrade of existing services;
- Using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI to develop solutions for our customers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic market access communications, in both the internal and external settings (desirable but not essential);
- 2:1 or above Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (or related) discipline (a higher degree is desirable but not essential);
- Excellent level of English – spoken and written;
- Experience of supervising, mentoring and training employees (desirable but not essential);
- The ability to inspire and motivate others;
- Skilled in the delivery of one or more core elements of DRG Abacus service offering (e.g.HTA, GVD, modelling, SR, COA, etc.);
- Ability to understand and interpret the clinical context of our client’s products;
- Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment;
- Excellent team working skills;
- At least 1 years’ experience of working in an office environment;
- Leveraging data and RDBMS knowledge, database query optimization;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly;
- A genuine interest in business and technology;
- Good time management skills;
- Using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI to develop solutions for our customers.
