Our company is looking for a Audit & Accounts Senior Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Review of the compliance work and review of the first draft of the statutory accounts of a wide range of clients;
- Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients;
- Managing a team of auditors in the planning and completion of financial audits;
- Ensuring advice to clients is accurate, appropriate and clear;
- Manage your own time and that of others to meet deadlines and deliver an effective service to clients;
- Responsible for completing both Audit and non-Audit tasks;
- Day to day practice management;
- Resolve technical issues with clients and colleagues including involvement of specialists where relevant;
- Business development; increasing portfolio profitability as well as on-boarding new clients;
- Staff management including; work load management, ongoing career support, training and professional development;
- Plan assignments effectively, ensuring adequate resources are allocated and that staff are briefed on the requirements of each job;
- Managing a portfolio of clients;
- Ensure that the expectations of clients are managed and met or exceeded;
- Conducting client audit meetings;
- Supervise staff at varying levels of qualification and experience to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard of accuracy and client care.
