Our company is looking for a Business Change Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery of work products and outputs from all parties involved including liaison with the customer, business units and external suppliers;
  • Planning and management of all project resources including the contributions of all those involved;
  • Assemble and coordinate project resource from around the Business;
  • Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with sponsors, clients and suppliers;
  • Support in the management and handling of problems as they arise ensuring risks and issues are managed appropriately;
  • Ensuring that all projects adhere to time, cost and quality;
  • Comply with all company and IS policies and audit and legal requirements such as Health & Safety, Data Protection Act, etc;
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results;
  • Ensuring that senior stakeholders are fully informed with progress on all projects and ensure any priority resource calls are escalated as required;
  • Manage the effective transition to ‘business as usual’ and project closure activities;
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners;
  • Establishment and control of detailed project budgets, including evaluation of external supplier estimates;
  • Ensuring that all project risks are raised, monitored and controlled;
  • Ensure that project and change benefits are correctly identified and monitored, and a framework is in place to drive and deliver sustainable change.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of driving “blue sky” thinking and working “outside of the box”;
  • Understands project management processes through the attainment of PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification;
  • Willing and able to adopt a flexible approach as required, to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules;
  • A focused proactive approach, self-motivated and able to acquire new skills and grasp concepts quickly;
  • Knowledge of applied project management, delivery and planning principles that includes scoping, requirements, testing and business readiness;
  • Project Management experience and previous experience of delivering large scale change programme;
  • Advanced Change Management skills;
  • Understanding & experience of financial services, specifically IRB, Solvency or other Credit Risk based business areas;
  • Strong business influencing and decision-making skills that achieve early resolution of key decisions and remove conflict from the project;
  • Incident remediation lifecycles, their planning and resource requirements;
  • Integrity, respect for confidentiality, sound judgment and decision-making skills.
