Business/ Functional Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business/ Functional Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clear and robust requirements management process for the department and associated project deliveries;
- Working along with Product Owners across Deutsche Bank to find and analyse solutions to deliver on our requirements;
- Supporting Developers within the FinTech enablement team in order to evaluate and estimate changes;
- Working with Product management team to define the requirements for our products;
- Working with Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts and developers on building test cases.
Requirements:
- Experience leading virtual teams with a need to influence and direct people without direct line management responsibility;
- Experience of Agile software delivery methodology and tools/skills like specification by example and writing acceptance criteria;
- Understanding of banking systems and processes is a huge advantage;
- Have experience in Software Development or QA;
- Be experienced in working in distributed teams;
- Have an understanding software development and testing processes.
