Our company is looking for a Candidate Experience Program Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordinator team / leadership in pulling data around interviewer training statuses and progress;
  • Help to create and manage all training manager paths, ensuring new interviewers are funneling through the process;
  • Provide support to hiring managers on how to get their teams trained and how to get set up on interviewer preferences;
  • Support the roll out of new tools, such as the candidate debrief and review tools, and manage the sessions as well as the data collection;
  • Partner with Interview Experience and Operations teams to research and implement additional required trainings, and structure as needed;
  • Collaborating with EMEA program specialists to build a community.

Requirements:

  • Recruiting operations experience;
  • Providing support to hiring managers on how to get their teams trained and how to get set up on interviewer preferences;
  • Change management and influencing experience;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Supporting the coordinator team and leadership in pulling data around interviewer training statuses and progress;
  • Experience leading multiple strategic projects/initiatives with limited oversight;
  • Strong data analysis and analytical skills;
  • Experience presenting organizational and process flow content to audiences;
  • 4 or more years of experience with project coordination, recruiting operations, or recruiting;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Partnering with Interview Experience and Operations teams to research and implement additional required trainings and structure as needed;
  • Experience working across various levels of the organization;
  • Knowledge of project planning methodologies;
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently;
  • Strong Communication skills and experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships.
