Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Contracts Director;
  • To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client;
  • Ensuring that end product meets client’s expectation;
  • Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection;
  • All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters;
  • Manage and motivate site teams;
  • Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis;
  • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information.

Requirements:

  • Previous £5M+ project experience;
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills;
  • Ability to work on own initiative;
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important;
  • Extensive main contracting background is essential;
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills;
  • Self-motivated and hard worker;
  • Analytical and decision making skills;
  • Strong team building skills;
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software.
