Our company is looking for a Client Services Analyst – Asset Management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- To answer client and consultant queries accurately and in a timely manner managing expectations actively as appropriate;
- To review and sign off client invoices in a timely and accurate manner;
- To complete Audit requests in a timely and accurate manner managing expectations as appropriate;
- To facilitate as appropriate due diligence questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner;
- To facilitate the on-boarding of clients in conjunction with the New Business Analyst and Implementation Coordinator;
- To ensure each new change event is fully implemented across the various platforms to ensure a smooth transition into the Client Service department.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of different asset classes and investment instruments used within the Asset Management Industry;
- Ability to handle large volumes of data, with the ability to report effectively;
- Strong client services experience, gained within Asset Management;
- Good computer literacy.
