Our company is looking for a Client Services Analyst – Asset Management to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To answer client and consultant queries accurately and in a timely manner managing expectations actively as appropriate;
  • To review and sign off client invoices in a timely and accurate manner;
  • To complete Audit requests in a timely and accurate manner managing expectations as appropriate;
  • To facilitate as appropriate due diligence questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner;
  • To facilitate the on-boarding of clients in conjunction with the New Business Analyst and Implementation Coordinator;
  • To ensure each new change event is fully implemented across the various platforms to ensure a smooth transition into the Client Service department.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of different asset classes and investment instruments used within the Asset Management Industry;
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data, with the ability to report effectively;
  • Strong client services experience, gained within Asset Management;
  • Good computer literacy.
