Our company is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating transport of finished goods and reject material destruction in accordance with agreed customer timescales;
- Responsible for compiling stock inventory reports and controlling critical stock levels;
- Responsible for on-the-job training as and when required;
- To undertake specific tasks/projects as directed by the Head of Project Management;
- Responsible for production planning including labour utilisation in accordance with agreed customer timescales;
- Initiate meetings, teleconferences as appropriate with Client and other relevant parties. Liaise with client as required on an on-going basis;
- Responsible for maintaining client/label files in accordance with SOP’s;
- Responsible for maintaining various spreadsheets and confirming / checking packaging and storage invoices;
- Responsible for the origination of batch documentation and approval of artwork for all relevant labels and packaging components;
- Ensure campaign planning is insight led by facilitating future planning sessions;
- Coordinate commercial activity during Black Friday and E3 to ensure the team stay on track with key tasks;
- Coach, develop and support the team to continuously improve accuracy, efficiency and commercial business benefit;
- Status reporting and issue management;
- Support Commercial team with process issues;
- Lead senior stakeholder planning meeting to support the planning process for AAA.
Requirements:
- An understanding of all relevant statutory, regulatory and company policies and guidelines;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work with staff at all levels;
- The ability and desire to identify opportunities for improvement, and influence change;
- Previous experience in either the Rail, Earthworks of Civils sectors;
- Be able to manage multiple projects at one time;
- To be able to react to constant changing workloads;
- Previous experience of managing small teams;
- Detailed knowledge, understanding and previous experience of NEC and ICE contracts;
- Would be desirable to have a background in pharmaceuticals/health care and an understanding of GMP requirements;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- Valid driving license;
- Strong project management background, with a minimum of one years project management experience within a commercial, GMP regulated environment;
- Strong ability to read, write and comprehend the English language. Ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to manage several tasks/projects at once.
