Conduct Risk Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Conduct Risk Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Customer Conduct and Risk Manager on any Delegated Authorities which are a concern;
- Assisting the DA Customer Conduct and Risk Manager in undertaking root cause analysis to identify issues and maintain a database surrounding this;
- Embed a culture of positive customer outcomes and visibility of risk management within AXA Commercial by;
- Ensure monthly MI returns are received from each Delegated Authority; reviewing the data returns and identifying under-performing areas.
Requirements:
- Ability to process, collate, and present large volumes of data in a clear and consistent manner;
- Ability to be maintain large databases in a coherent manner;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to pick up key trends;
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
- Ability to work within a matrix environment;
- Ability to understand and operate complex technical solutions.
