Customer Insight Analyst

Customer Insights Analyst analyzes customer/consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns and insights. Administers and develops database of customer, research and industry information and deploys insight reporting used to support product development, category/brand management and sales initiatives. Being a Customer Insights Analyst requires a bachelor’s degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Customer Insights Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Customer Insights Analyst typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.

Our company is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Insight and Analytics within Marketing and the wider business. Voice of the customer;
  • Be able to implement these segmentation models on our databases and integrate them into business processes;
  • Fuse data from various sources (i.e. market data, customer feedback, eCommerce) to generate new insights that can deliver business benefit;
  • Supporting the marketing team for reporting and analysis across campaigns, competitors and propositions;
  • Providing ad hoc reporting and insight to stakeholders in relation to the customer journey as required;
  • Analysis of business information, providing reports and insights to senior management and various business functions as required;
  • Provide training and support across customer experience teams to manage user adoption and champion the adoption of Power BI;
  • Ad hoc and deep dive customer analytics ensuring clear insights are presented with commercial and actionable recommendations.
