Our company is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Offering pre-sales product advice and basic technical troubleshooting (technical training will be provided);
  • Making outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their order, delivery or to offer any further guidance;
  • Accurately recording information given by the customer in their in the in-house CRM system, and setting follow-up reminders as necessary;
  • Realising and taking opportunities to up-sell products and delivery options;
  • Communicating with 3rd party suppliers, such as carriers;
  • Managing customer complaints through to resolution to the customer’s satisfaction;
  • Help to maintain the company website by reporting any change required to relevant departments;
  • Answering incoming calls and messages, recording information and resolving the customer enquiries;
  • Providing an excellent pre-and post-sales customer experience;
  • Understanding and resolving customer enquiries politely and in line with company guidelines and in consideration of customer’s preferred outcome;
  • Assist with new customer’s enquiries;
  • Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet;
  • Deliver high quality customer service;
  • Be proactive in the area of Customer retention;
  • Receive incoming calls.

Requirements:

  • Well organised approach to work, balancing workload to ensure targets are met and ability to demonstrate good time management skills;
  • Native Dutch speaking and fluent English;
  • Interactive and enthusiastic team player willing to assume new responsibilities;
  • Customer focussed and able to provide professional, polite customer service;
  • Excellent communication skills.
