Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Offering pre-sales product advice and basic technical troubleshooting (technical training will be provided);
- Making outgoing calls to customers to update them on the status of their order, delivery or to offer any further guidance;
- Accurately recording information given by the customer in their in the in-house CRM system, and setting follow-up reminders as necessary;
- Realising and taking opportunities to up-sell products and delivery options;
- Communicating with 3rd party suppliers, such as carriers;
- Managing customer complaints through to resolution to the customer’s satisfaction;
- Help to maintain the company website by reporting any change required to relevant departments;
- Answering incoming calls and messages, recording information and resolving the customer enquiries;
- Providing an excellent pre-and post-sales customer experience;
- Understanding and resolving customer enquiries politely and in line with company guidelines and in consideration of customer’s preferred outcome;
- Assist with new customer’s enquiries;
- Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet;
- Deliver high quality customer service;
- Be proactive in the area of Customer retention;
- Receive incoming calls.
Requirements:
- Well organised approach to work, balancing workload to ensure targets are met and ability to demonstrate good time management skills;
- Native Dutch speaking and fluent English;
- Interactive and enthusiastic team player willing to assume new responsibilities;
- Customer focussed and able to provide professional, polite customer service;
- Excellent communication skills.
