Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners and regulatory bodies;
- Build a high performing, engaged, empowered and diverse team;
- Define and report on key project deliverables and outcome;
- Management of site selection for the Prototype Reactor, regulation and environment and cost models;
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and key milestones;
- Manage change in an uncertain and dynamic environment;
- Implementing Programme Management processes;
- Working closely with various engineering teams to ensure programme management processes are aligned to the quality operating system.
Requirements:
- Technical understanding of the signalling process;
- Be highly driven with the right energy and creativity to develop people and company culture;
- Understanding of the design and delivery process, able to technically challenge when required;
- Ability to strategically plan the engineering workload for programme delivery;
- Relevant IRSE accreditation and licences;
- Experience leading the the Engineering Delivery on large multidisciplinary projects.
