Responsibilities:
- Help in setting recruitment process best practice;
- Intermediating on client/candidate compensation negotiations;
- Interviewing, shortlisting and presenting candidates to clients;
- Responsible for developing your network of candidates in your specialist sector;
- Managing both contingent and retained search assignments;
- Handling client/candidate feedback;
- Work with your Director to define the sector/team business development strategy;
- Senior revenue generator without the management responsibility;
- Pitching and presenting to clients for high value projects;
- Negotiate contracts and Terms for and on behalf of clients/candidates;
- Negotiate Terms of Business with clients;
- Briefing and managing Researchers within your team Lead consultant in major client relationship building activities;
- Develop and manage your annual business plan;
- Attending client meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong track record in revenue generation and overacheiving budgets;
- Excellent commercial and business sense;
- Outstanding analytical and organisational skills;
- Educated to degree level;
- Exceptional and longstanding client and candidate relationships within your field of expertise;
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills;
- Fluency in other European languages highly advantageous;
- You currently work in the Executive Search sector;
- A mature, ambitious and meticulous individual who strives within their personal and professional life.
