Responsibilities:

  • Help in setting recruitment process best practice;
  • Intermediating on client/candidate compensation negotiations;
  • Interviewing, shortlisting and presenting candidates to clients;
  • Responsible for developing your network of candidates in your specialist sector;
  • Managing both contingent and retained search assignments;

Requirements:

  • Strong track record in revenue generation and overacheiving budgets;
  • Excellent commercial and business sense;
  • Outstanding analytical and organisational skills;
  • Educated to degree level;
  • Exceptional and longstanding client and candidate relationships within your field of expertise;
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills;
  • Fluency in other European languages highly advantageous;
  • You currently work in the Executive Search sector;
  • A mature, ambitious and meticulous individual who strives within their personal and professional life.
