Our company is looking for a Finance Graduate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify problems that need resolving and seek to find processes to address them;
- Makes decisions in your area of responsibility and communicate these directly;
- You will provide a first line of response to queries in your functional area from internal and external contacts;
- Working closely with private companies regarding their tax, legal and regulatory obligations;
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities on new clients;
- Coordinating tax reviews;
- Managing high-profile and complex client accounts and relationships;
- Entering invoice, supplier and payment details into SAP;
- Liaising with suppliers;
- Processing invoices;
- General Ledger Journals;
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts;
- Resolving discrepancies;
- Allocation of payments and credit notes;
- Preparing payment runs.
Requirements:
- A second language would be desirable;
- Experience of managing and planning own workload is desirable;
- Ability to relocate with the placements being within Europe and the UK;
- Degree in the required area for the function, at a 2.1 level or above;
- Experience of fast paced and changing environment is desirable;
- Experience of working in the functional area is desirable;
- Finance Degree/AAT qualification;
- Positive mindset;
- Excellent knowledge of excel;
- Can do attitude;
- Experience using SAP would be an advantage but it’s not a requirement;
- Work experience gained in a workplace, placement or internship;
- Good communication skills.
