Our company is looking for a Finance Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Financial Controller / Commercial teams;
  • Liaising with the project team;
  • Producing quotations for jobs and processing the receipt of customer purchase orders;
  • The role will require extensive project management experience and the skills required to deliver a complex and multi-faceted project end to end;
  • Preparation of monthly and weekly performance reports and project forecasts;
  • Ensuring that financial controls are followed within the projects teams;
  • Leading projects to review and strengthen internal controls, governance and risk management;
  • Review key risks and identify potetial risks;

  • Work closely with Operations Managers in understanding key cost drives of contract profitability;

Requirements:

  • Influencing skills at a senior level;
  • Either relevant financial qualifications (AAT/ CIMA ect.), training towards them or be qualified by experience;
  • Good time-management skills able to set and work to tight deadlines;
  • Ability to influence key decision makers at all level;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation;
  • People management experience and excellent communication skills;
  • Proven experience in a client facing role;
  • Excellent organisations skills able to prioritise and manage change effectively;
  • ACCA/CIMA or ACCA Qualified;
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting processes and terminology.
