Our company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Help in providing collective analysis benefits/cost savings across the business;
- Improvement of property appraisal process and cash flows used on a day-to-day basis to inform decision-making;
- Support the development phase of the framework – including quality impact assessment;
- Ad-hoc reporting;
- Provides advice and support with analytical information in support of Business projects/initiatives as required;
- Improve processes to ensure data and reporting is created and distributed in an efficient manner;
- Developing new reports to meet needs of key company stakeholders;
- Review and analyse Funds Under Management movements;
- Support the marketing and commercial teams to input robust monthly forecasts as well as the annual Budget;
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across key stakeholder groups including Marketing, Sales and Finance;
- Work with tax, legal and other professional advisers and assist managing the information flow;
- Carry out any other ad hoc tasks;
- Financial Analysis of Sales Teams;
- Work with the FP&A Commercial Director and CFO to produce ad-hoc management information;
- Lead all divisional business case analysis.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with requisite competencies, preferably with corporate accounts / customers;
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified;
- Excellent communication skills and gravitas to operate at senior management level;
- Strong communication skills and a desire to deliver a high level of service;
- Articulate, both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to review, dissect and appraise financial appraisals and legal documents;
- Strong excel skills;
- Experience analysing financial statements;
- You will have strong Excel and data management skills, and are confident working with large volumes of data and complex models;
- University Degree – Minimum 2:1 in Accounting / Finance / Business degree;
- Ability to work quickly but accurately and with attention to detail;
- strong analytical skills / ability to use analysis tools (Python);
- Very strong financial modelling skills;
- Professional ambition coupled with personal humility;
- Good communication skills particular with regard to conveying numerical information to non-financial managers.
