Our company is looking for a Graduate Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with database management and data entry;
  • Covering the reception during lunch and holiday period;
  • Diary management to assist the office;
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments;
  • Support the office, team and managers with administration duties;
  • General admin tasks – Filing, printing, scanning;
  • Being the point of contact for several Loan applications, carry out KYC checks and compliance checks;
  • Data cleansing;
  • Secretarial Support and minute taking;
  • Meet and Greet and Customer Service;
  • Reviewing application data to assess suitable loan offers;
  • Verify identity electronically;
  • Be confident in obtaining personal details and collecting information on applicants and their business;
  • Being the first point of contact;
  • Some accounts: invoicing the clients and delegates and liaising with supplies.

Requirements:

  • Well presented and well spoken;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong telephone manner;
  • Outgoing and confident personality;
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent;
  • Switched on, self motivated ambitious attitude;
  • Experience within a similar role is essential;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Competent IT skills;
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Partners and Team;
  • Answering the telephone.
