Our company is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market;
- Interviewing candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information;
- Working as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively;
- Sourcing and registering relevant candidates;
- Managing the recruitment cycle from attracting candidates to placement with the client;
- Provide career consultancy to candidates to guide them through the job searching process;
- Preparing candidates CVs, Job Specifications, Adverts and other paper work required;
- Manage relationships with candidates and clients ensuring that all quality processes and service level requirements are met;
- Communicating with both existing and new clients including arranging and attending clients’ visits to understand requirements and negotiate fees;
- Making outbound business development calls to grow our client base;
- Developing effective working relationships with existing and new customers;
- Consistently finding the balance of providing a consultative service to clients/candidates, whilst selling to both parties;
- Supporting your clients throughout the hiring process;
- Establish recruitment relationships with other individuals (within the client company);
- For the new vacancy, establish a shortlist (taking into account all candidates) and review all CVs for the position.
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills;
- Must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects;
- Tenacity;
- Commutable distance to London (City of London);
- Mission & Values build long term relationships with both candidates and clients and provide a genuine consultancy-based service;
- Have previous office-based work experience;
- A great work ethic twinned with an excellent academic or commercial track record;
- A proactive attitude and the ability to take the initiative;
- Able to build relationships;
- A 2.1 or above from a top university;
- Highly ambitious and highly accountable;
- Enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually;
- Must be a graduate with a minimum 2:1 from a good university;
- Well presented and well spoken;
- Commercial maturity – this role is very consultative, and you’ll be dealing with your peers as well as senior level clients on a daily basis.
