Our company is looking for a Group Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in your performance review, and work towards the objectives set;
- Take responsibility for your professional development, ensure that professional standards are maintained and that mandatory training is in date;
- Attend training as requested.
Requirements:
- A keen interest in automated systems and their functionality would be advantageous;
- Degree or above in a relevant scientific discipline (physical science, pharmacy, pharmacology, or related physical or biological science area);
- Passionate about quality and customer service is essential;
- Previous experience in the preparation and review and revision of area documentation e.g. SOP’s, Reports, and Protocols would be desirable;
- Prior experience of mentoring and training of personnel would be beneficial;
- Proven ability to manage Logistics, COSHH, Safety and be able to work flexibly;
- Experience in performance evaluation of technologies/formulations within Personal Care and Home Care would be desirable;
- Experience of delivering process improvement would be desirable.
