Responsibilities:

  • Day to day event operations management from proposals and pitches to event delivery to ensure consistent high standards and compliance;
  • Develop best practice client retention and maximisation of profit across all projects/accounts;
  • Manage the team’s largest events, demonstrating operational excellence and leading by example;
  • Creating and managing a positive, well-motivated team that work closely together and support each other;
  • Lead develop and manage a diverse range of fundraising and Events Managers;
  • Work with other fundraising departments;
  • Manage and monitor monthly accounts for Events Fundraising to ensure income budgets and return on investment ratios are achieved;
  • Onsite management;
  • Take full responsibility for budgets and P&L;
  • Effectively plan and deliver events;
  • Supporting and motivating a team;
  • Maximise all revenue opportunities by upselling;
  • Ensure all service equipment and facilities are fully operational and maintained.
