Responsibilities:

- Develop best practice client retention and maximisation of profit across all projects/accounts;
- Manage the team’s largest events, demonstrating operational excellence and leading by example;
- Creating and managing a positive, well-motivated team that work closely together and support each other;
- Lead develop and manage a diverse range of fundraising and Events Managers;
- Work with other fundraising departments;
- Manage and monitor monthly accounts for Events Fundraising to ensure income budgets and return on investment ratios are achieved;
- Onsite management;
- Take full responsibility for budgets and P&L;
- Effectively plan and deliver events;
- Supporting and motivating a team;
- Maximise all revenue opportunities by upselling;
- Ensure all service equipment and facilities are fully operational and maintained.
