Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
Arrangement of the warehouse including racking; storage layout; pick and pack processes;
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce;
Direction, optimisation and coordination of the full order cycle;
Liaison and negotiation with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers;
Smooth running of the Warehouse Management System; identifying, reporting and resolving any day to day issues arising from such;
Development and coaching of the Logistics Team to deliver best in class cost and supply to our Global customers and distributor;
Reduce non eco-friendly packaging within the supply chain;
HS code management in global territories and management of verification partners;
Responsibility for our sustainable standards and policy, carbon neutral to carbon negative;
Planning of future capacity requirements;
Oversee a global fulfilment network which is aligned to the business growth plans ensuring our customers receive first class service;
Management of landing costs (taxes and duties) optimised for the most cost-effective solution;
Creates a cohesive team unit;
Work with the wider team to foster a proactive employee relations and engagement culture.
