Our company is looking for a Household Claims Handler to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Written and verbal communication with policyholders and clients;
  • Manage High Net Work cases;
  • Project managing contractors and suppliers to complete their work;
  • Providing regular and accurate updates to policyholders and clients;
  • Desktop claims handling;
  • Authorising insured works or payments;
  • Manage technical claims such as large losses.

Requirements:

  • Do you have any credit issue problems (IVA’s, CCJ’s, bankruptcy);
  • Ability to build relationships with both customers and clients;
  • Do you have any unspent criminal convictions?
  • Effective time management skills;
  • Highly Organised;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
