- Written and verbal communication with policyholders and clients;
- Manage High Net Work cases;
- Project managing contractors and suppliers to complete their work;
- Providing regular and accurate updates to policyholders and clients;
- Desktop claims handling;
- Authorising insured works or payments;
- Manage technical claims such as large losses.
- Do you have any credit issue problems (IVA’s, CCJ’s, bankruptcy);
- Ability to build relationships with both customers and clients;
- Do you have any unspent criminal convictions?
- Effective time management skills;
- Highly Organised;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
