HR/Talent Partner Job Description Template

Responsibilities:
- FS Sector Experience;
- Deliver various Business Continuity Management work programmes;
- Sound knowledge of business processes and identifying risks to the business;
- Improve all aspects of business continuity strategy;
- Updating current Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans;
- Completed end to end Business Impact Assessments ideally within an FS environment.
Requirements:
- Continuous integration/deployment tools, including Jenkins;
- Strong academic profile (Comp Sci or Mathematics preferred);
- Build pipelines for mobile applications, included automated testing and mobile device farms (iOS and Android);
- Terraform in conjunction with cloud services providers such as Amazon Web Services;
- Ability to work both as an individual and as a team;
- React Native;
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle.
