Our company is looking for a Integrated Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure resource availability and allocation through robust resource forecasting and agreeing solutions with resource suppliers;
- Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Establish and maintain relationships to manage third parties/vendors;
- Develop a detailed and robust project plan to track progress, whilst ensuring clear understanding of the plan by the sponsor and project team;
- Manage the relationship with the sponsor and all stakeholders using appropriate communications and engagement methods;
- Create and maintain high quality and comprehensive project documentation in line with BSI project management methodology;
- Implement and manage effective project governance to optimise stakeholder engagement and decision making;
- Manage project transition into business as usual including handover plans, lessons learned and benefits realisation;
- Management of Agency workflow for print and digital projects, keeping everyone up to date and on track;
- Develop risk management processes and perform risk management to anticipate and manage project risks;
- Develop, agree and communicate project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Requirements:
- Eager to grow and improve as a professional;
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager successfully implementing complex end to end IT projects inc. SAP implementations;
- Digital Knowledge- Know how to coordinate a web project and deal with developers;
- Solid and demonstrable documentation and reporting skills, especially towards senior executives;
- Professional knowledge and proven experience with project management tools like MS project, Excel and Sharepoint;
- Organizational talent and analytical personality;
- Certified project management methodologies like Prince 2 / PMP and ITIL, desirable;
- Highly analytical;
- Ideally been in a client facing role already- must be an excellent communicator;
- Print Knowledge- Know how to write a print spec to send out for print costs;
- Impeccable attention to detail and a real team player;
- Work well under pressure, calm and stress resistant;
- Experience running multiple high impact projects simultaneously, in excess of 2m/year;
- Experience with managing international project teams and working with an offshore model;
- Background in branding, design or communication.
