Our company is looking for a Interim Finance Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The company are happy to accept part/full qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or QBE;
- Report findings to senior management team with causes for any issues that have arisen;
- Recommend solutions to these issues and agree with management team on how they can be implemented;
- Conduct continual analysis on the changes made and how this has positively impacted performance;
- Delivery and development of project profitability, review with none finance to drive corrective actions;
- Supporting the Sales and Operations Planning process;
- Prepare presentations for stakeholders, providing the outcomes of the analysis;
- Development and delivery of key insights into utilisation of all employees;
- Maintain the master lookup tables and update pivot tables;
- Collating and organising a list of unreconciled transactions on the Settlement and Segregated accounts used to hold client monies;
- Fix errors in spreadsheet templates and writing of Visual Basic script to make basic structural changes;
- Ad hoc support which will include performance management related issues linked to the monthly or planning cycles;
- To be the primary Finance contact for the Services function and Technology Centre;
- Working with the business to develop business cases and rationale for projects and improvements;
- Project work related to current initiatives.
Requirements:
- Able to both challenge and support members of the senior team to ensure best practice;
- Curious and analytical;
- Detailed and accurate, but with an eye on bigger picture;
- Impeccable written and oral skills;
- Desire to drive continuous improvement and aspire to excellence;
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
- Fully IT literate – including PowerPoint and strong excel skills;
- Demonstrable FP&A experience.
