Responsibilities:
- Value Engineering;
- Preparation of Estimates;
- Tender Returns;
- Life Cycle Costing;
- Measurements;
- Attending Design Team Meetings as required;
- Preparing selected tender list for approval;
- Certifying subcontractor payments;
- Holding and taking minutes of Subcontract Post-Tender and Pre-Order Meetings;
- Preparing trade scope and works;
- Producing subcontractor instruction/variation reports;
- Attending subcontractor progress meetings as required;
- Assisting Project team with financial implications of site progress decisions;
- Prepare subcontractors appointment and proposal documents;
- Preparing subcontract documentation for signing by both parties in accordance with BH’s Call Off Contract procedure.
Requirements:
- Healthcare;

- 4-5 years + experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large scale construction projects;
- Ideally a degree in Quantity Surveying;
