Our company is looking for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Value Engineering;
  • Preparation of Estimates;
  • Tender Returns;
  • Life Cycle Costing;
  • Measurements;
  • Attending Design Team Meetings as required;
  • Preparing selected tender list for approval;
  • Certifying subcontractor payments;
  • Holding and taking minutes of Subcontract Post-Tender and Pre-Order Meetings;
  • Preparing trade scope and works;
  • Producing subcontractor instruction/variation reports;
  • Attending subcontractor progress meetings as required;
  • Assisting Project team with financial implications of site progress decisions;
  • Prepare subcontractors appointment and proposal documents;
  • Preparing subcontract documentation for signing by both parties in accordance with BH’s Call Off Contract procedure.

Requirements:

  • Healthcare;

  • Ideally a degree in Quantity Surveying;
