IT Recruitment Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- Winning new business/ developing existing relationships;
- Self-managing daily tasks to make sure that you will be as successful as possible;
- Having a structured approach with a solution selling ability as the sales cycles are not as quick;
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecast;
- Grow and maintain personal contractor base in excess of 30 for 3 months;
- Provide coaching and training for junior colleagues;
- Manage business pipeline to meet monthly,quarterly and annual budgetary requirements;
- Support corporate accounts when requested;
- Enforce cross divisional relationships & communication;
- Generating new business;
- Generate Fees of £20k (permanent consultants);
- Conduct meeting and presentations for any client situation including board level.
Requirements:
- 1 Years+ experience as a Recruitment Consultant;
- Ability to demonstrate drive and motivation;
- An understanding of IT Technologies (a qualification in this area is advantageous);
- Determined to succeed, driven with a desire to develop your career within recruitment;
- Previous experience within the recruitment industry with a demonstrable track record;
- The ability to influence people at critical stages of the recruitment process;
- An understanding of professional services would be advantageous although by no means necessary.
