Our company is looking for a IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Winning new business/ developing existing relationships;
  • Self-managing daily tasks to make sure that you will be as successful as possible;
  • Having a structured approach with a solution selling ability as the sales cycles are not as quick;
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecast;
  • Grow and maintain personal contractor base in excess of 30 for 3 months;
  • Provide coaching and training for junior colleagues;
  • Manage business pipeline to meet monthly,quarterly and annual budgetary requirements;
  • Support corporate accounts when requested;
  • Enforce cross divisional relationships & communication;
  • Generating new business;
  • Generate Fees of £20k (permanent consultants);
  • Conduct meeting and presentations for any client situation including board level.

Requirements:

  • 1 Years+ experience as a Recruitment Consultant;
  • Ability to demonstrate drive and motivation;
  • An understanding of IT Technologies (a qualification in this area is advantageous);
  • Determined to succeed, driven with a desire to develop your career within recruitment;
  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry with a demonstrable track record;
  • The ability to influence people at critical stages of the recruitment process;
  • An understanding of professional services would be advantageous although by no means necessary.
