Our company is looking for a IT Supplier Relationship Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement of new services (Tender process, negotiating with suppliers, drafting contracts and schedules;
  • Undertake service review meetings with all suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and SLAs are achieved and maintained;
  • Review all existing IT contracts and services and working through renewals;
  • Day-to-day performance of suppliers providing IT Services;
  • Identification, management and resolution of service gaps, risks and poor performance;
  • Responsible for the day-to-day performance of suppliers providing IT Services;
  • To be seen as a service expert on IT supplier management;
  • Responsible for transforming the engagement of existing IT Supplier relationships to establish a partnership approach to deliver seamless service;
  • Responsible for defining service level agreements (SLA’s) related to contracted services;
  • Define and execute on strategies to drive performance, including quality, customer satisfaction and cost in partnership;
  • Attendance at key service and business meetings such as the Change Advisory Board (CAB), Daily IT operations meetings;
  • Transforming the engagement of existing IT supplier relationships to establish a partnership approach to deliver seamless services;
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective feedback processes to address policy, product, tooling challenges from stakeholders;
  • To work closely and proactively with our group IT service functions to ensure we are joined up in managing IT events and implementing new solutions;
  • To be hands-on and technically minded in effectively dealing with IT supplier requests, problems and changes & improvements.

Requirements:

  • Exit strategy experience and outsourcing exposure;
  • A self-motivated, hands-on, people focused supplier manager who can drive lasting change through effective communication, both written and verbal;
  • Maximise the value from Tier 1 suppliers through effective operational governance of contracts. ;
  • Maintain a structured supplier performance management framework across the technology supplier portfolio;
  • An enthusiasm to establish/maintain an industry awareness of trends in supplier management;
  • An ability to prioritise in a demanding and challenging workload;
  • A strong track record of supplier management, including contract management and relationship management;
  • Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders up to and including C-Level;
  • Skills and knowledge of SNOW;
  • Able to problem solve and facilitate solutions to disagreements;
  • Experience working with Agile-based frameworks;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience with negotiating contracts and maximising the value returned to IT;
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, service performance quality, costs, and risks;
  • Managed services and cloud based supplier management experience.
