Lead Business Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our team.
- Producing high quality business requirements from a functional and non-functional perspective;
- Lead and facilitate system process improvement workshops, resolve scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts;
- Line management of a Platform Coordinator;
- Development, test and business readiness teams to ensure smooth implementation of BI products;
- To work with Product Owners and development teams using agile principles and processes;
- Work collaboratively throughout projects, building relationships with business stakeholders;
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications;
- Ensure delivery of end to end traceability against quality business requirements and system/functional specifications;
- Manage delivery of BA activities across a programme of works to include multiple concurrent projects;
- Produce power BI reports regarding supplier, customer and stakeholder data.
- Prince 2 Qualification is desirable;
- Strong SQL Server;
- Experience within a management role;
- Strong Power BI Reporting.
