Our company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our team.


  • Producing high quality business requirements from a functional and non-functional perspective;
  • Lead and facilitate system process improvement workshops, resolve scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts;
  • Line management of a Platform Coordinator;
  • Development, test and business readiness teams to ensure smooth implementation of BI products;
  • To work with Product Owners and development teams using agile principles and processes;
  • Work collaboratively throughout projects, building relationships with business stakeholders;
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications;
  • Ensure delivery of end to end traceability against quality business requirements and system/functional specifications;
  • Manage delivery of BA activities across a programme of works to include multiple concurrent projects;
  • Produce power BI reports regarding supplier, customer and stakeholder data.


  • Prince 2 Qualification is desirable;
  • Strong SQL Server;
  • Experience within a management role;
  • Strong Power BI Reporting.
