Management Assessor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Management Assessor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Management and Project Management workshops, sharing best practice and developing the tutor team capability;
- Support any marketing and recruitment activity, in conjunction with the management within Marshall Academy, for all areas of delivery;
- Support the continuous development of training programmes, ensuring due diligence and compliance to funding and awarding body requirements;
- Maintain training records that comply with internal and external quality management.
Requirements:
- Occupational experience within a Management position;
- Experience assessing vocational qualifications within the workplace;
- Level 3 Qualification in Management,Team Leading or equivalent;
- Ability to deliver Business Admin, Customer Service, Team Leading (ILM) & Management;
- Assessor Award TAQA, A1, D32/33 or equivalent;
- Teaching Qualification PTLLS or equivalent;
- Competent in delivering Level 5 in management;
- Maintain training records that comply with internal and external quality management;
