Our company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, manage and report against key campaign performance metrics;
  • Managing the firm’s social media channels;
  • Monitoring the success of campaigns and adapting accordingly;
  • Designing and managing the website, keeping content updated and maintain accurate event information;
  • Identify and report on strategic opportunities and risks;
  • Plan, organise, and manage programs and events designed to accumulate new leads and referrals;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Be the face for all Mindbody communications including brand education, engagement and support for your region;
  • Create and collate publications;
  • Research and present award and event opportunities;
  • Research new business opportunities, putting together tenders and submissions;
  • Contribute to planning and developing effective marketing strategies;
  • Work closely with sales and account teams on select Account Based Marketing activities;
  • End-to-end management of lead generation and brand awareness campaigns;
  • Create and write marketing copy including emails, case studies, web content, blog posts, brochures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in B2B marketing in a technology company, with keen understanding of best practices;
  • Previous experience in bids and marketing within an architectural design practice;
  • Proven experience in demand generation;
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail;
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritise work under critical deadlines;
  • The ability to work using your own initiative;
  • High level of accuracy;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • German language skills advantageous;
  • Able to direct administration assistant effectively to achieve business KPIs;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships across geographies;
