Our company is looking for a Merchandising Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for department intake, ie bringing new stock into the business;
  • Undertake ad hoc analysis;
  • Supporting the Buying and Merchandising Team with general admin & by preparing weekly management information and reports;
  • Order Raising for new and on-going product on in house system.

Requirements:

  • A logical and analytical approach to work;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • The ability to relate to the product and understand the Style Library Retailers and End Consumers;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate numerical, analytical and interpretive skills;
  • Systems literate including MS Excel to moderate level;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to initiate and build strong relationships with Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Services & Finance.
